Rajeev Bukralia is the Director of Libraries and Assistant Professor with the College of Education at Black Hills State University. He holds a Master of Science in information systems from Dakota State University. Currently, Rajeev is pursing a doctorate in information systems. Rajeev also holds industry certifications in various computer technologies and is a certified web developer. He was the recipient of BHSU’s Outstanding University Service Award in 2004 and the Board of Regents Faculty eLearning Award in 2007. Under his leadership the library won the Outstanding University Area Award in 2006. Rajeev has several years of experience in web development, business management, library research, and in planning computer information systems. His doctoral research includes web technologies, web search engines, artificial intelligence, semantic web, and knowledge management.
