This session will focus on small medical practice operations, business process integration and performance optimization. The speakers demonstrate expertise in the deployment of remotely accessible, secure networks as well as the integration of hosted information solutions in medical practices.

| Justin Herreman - Justin joined Boomerang Management Enterprise (BME) upon its founding in 2001. He has experience in a wide range of hardware platforms, an extensive knowledge of computer network management and is responsible for all aspects of BME's current information technology (IT) strategies. Previously Justin worked as an IT consultant specializing in healthcare organizations: including creating custom database and network implementations for Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in Northern California as well as local Black Hills practices such as: BH Regional Eye Institute, Evans Orthodontics, and The Heart Doctors.

Jim Gangelhoff - Jim is the Clinic Administrator of The Heart Doctors and a founder and principal investor in BME. He has 28 years of healthcare experience in both clinical and administrative roles within single-specialty and multi-specialty group practices ranging in size from 5 to 50+ providers. Jim's strategic insights, administrative skills, and comprehensive understanding of the healthcare market successfully guided his current group from it's start-up in 1993 to its current dominant market position in western South Dakota.
